Hyderabad-based Raghu Vamsi Group acquires UK-based PMC Group

The Raghu Vamsi Group, known for its work in sub-assemblies and systems for leading global OEMs such as Boeing, GE Aviation, Honeywell, Rolls Royce, Collins Aerospace, Halliburton, Eaton, and Cytiva, announced that its acquisition of PMC Group is a strategic move aimed at expanding its global presence.

Hyderabad: Hyderabad based Raghu Vamsi Group, a tier one manufacturer of high precision and hi-critical components, announced its successful acquisition of PMC Group, a leading UK-based precision machining company specializing in components for the Oil and Gas industry, a press release said.

The Raghu Vamsi Group, which is involved in sub-assemblies, and systems for global original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) like Boeing, GE Aviation, Honeywell, Rolls Royce, Collins Aerospace, Halliburton, Eaton, Cytiva etc, said that the acquisition of PMC Group represents a strategic step forward to enhance its global footprint.


The acquisition will expand our capabilities by moving up the value chain in providing high-precision products and solutions to critical industries worldwide. PMC Group’s expertise in precision machining, coupled with our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Hyderabad, will foster greater synergies in product innovation and cater to a wider segment of high precision products, delivering advanced engineering solutions for the Oil and Gas sector, Vamsi Vikas, MD of Raghu Vamsi Group, said.

The acquisition announcement was made at a special event attended Deputy High Commissioner, UK to India, Gareth Wynn Owen, Jayesh Ranjan, Special Chief Secretary (ITE& C), Praveen PA, Director, Aerospace and Defence, Telangana, Dr. S.K. Jha, CMD, MIDHANI and Dr. L. Rama Krishna, Scientist-G, ARCI.
