Hyderabad: Raminfo Limited, a technology solutions provider, was awarded a tech project valued at approximately Rs 14.14 crore by the Government of Tripura.

Raminfo will develop, deploy, implement, and maintain the Services & Benefits Delivery Platform – ‘UNNOTI’, under the Tripura Rural Economic Growth & Service Delivery Project (TRESP).

This is a major milestone for the company as it expands its e-governance footprint to enhance public service delivery and streamline citizen-government interaction through a unified digital platform.

According to a company press release here on Wednesday, The UNNOTI platform is designed to revolutionize public service delivery in Tripura by creating a unified, secure, and scalable system that connects departments, schemes, and citizens through one digital interface. The platform is aimed at benefiting over 41 lakh citizens.

The project aligns with the key objective of TRESP to enhance rural economic growth and improve delivery of essential services and benefits by strengthening digital governance frameworks. As part of this initiative, more than 60 key government departments and 300+ schemes will be brought onto a common platform enabling proactive and seamless delivery of citizen benefits.

In line with the “Ask Data Once” principle, the platform will eliminate repetitive data submissions by citizens across departments, ensuring a hassle-free, integrated service experience. The system will also include a citizen portal, service dashboards, and mobile applications to maximize public outreach and operational transparency.

Raminfo Limited will act as the system integrator, responsible for end-to-end development, integration, and 26 months of post-deployment support and maintenance. The company will leverage its domain expertise in emerging technologies such as AI, ML, analytics, and IoT, ensuring that the platform remains robust, intelligent, and adaptable to evolving citizen needs, according to Raminfo Managing Director L. Srinath Reddy.
