Our innovation in the enterprise collaboration space reduces the communication gap that usually takes place between the employees or teams of an organisation. We have attended to this major market gap with interactive business messaging, work-productive, security, deployment, and collaboration features and facilities, letting the teams of various organisations communicate and collaborate better, faster, and securely.

Client base

The primary client base for our product is large enterprises, government, and defence agencies. Troop Messenger also serves pharma and healthcare, consulting and law firms, media, and web studios, insurance agencies, charter aviation services, and others, who use our platform for their internal office staff communication, connects with the remotest teams across this unified collaboration space.

Key features

We have introduced Forkout that supports bulk messaging without creating a group, Burnout that helps the users to exchange confidential information, search filters on data to retrieve specific information from every nook and corner of the tool, uniform data sync on all devices, UI text in multi-lingual languages, integrations, chat wallpapers, centralised file management, and over 100 features have been introduced to make the office communication experience go seamless. We have a framework put in place, to address the infrastructure disruptions be it business continuity planning, server load balancing, or multi-level firewalls. There is no downtime.

New solutions

We have partnered with Nutanix to provide a new solution to provide Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) to large enterprises, governments, and defence entities, helping them use Nutanix Enterprise Cloud OS software for managing Troop Messenger on it. BFSI companies, shipping, law enforcement and courts are the specific use-cases we are currently exploring. Besides adding security features such as end-to-end encryption, multifactor authentication, AES-256 military-grade encryption to the tool, the other new collaboration that we are looking to roll out this year are video messaging, bridge call, audit logs, in-app archiving & backup tools, and others.

Expansion plan

We are planning to expand our sales and support team and focus on market expansion in the US and European regions. For the Indian market, we are set to focus on government deals tapping in the opportunities created for ‘Make in India’ products.

Funding for growth

We are a net positive company that has been growing 4X just by bootstrapping and reinvesting. There has been no external borrowing or fund raising since the inception of the product development phase. We do not have any plans to pitch for any fundraising activity, at least until Q3 of 2022.
