Hyderabad: A blood donation camp was organised jointly by Telangana Real Estate Developers Association (TREDA), Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (IACC), Seva Bharathi in association with Society for Cyberabad Security Council (SCSC) and Cyberabad Commissionerate at ARK Homes, a gated residential community, on Sunday.

Conducted as a part of their ongoing initiative to enable blood donation at gated communities, the event saw a good response from residents of the community, TREDA members and Seva Bharathi Volunteers.

“One blood donor gives 350 ml blood which is sufficient for three patients. Therefore we are making concerted efforts to organise such camps on an ongoing basis partnering with various resident welfare associations in the run up to the World Blood Donation day on June 14,” said Sreedhar Reddy Koppula, treasurer, TREDA.
