Hyderabad: Unidentified persons broke into five shops at Uppal and decamped with cash and property on Saturday night.
The burglars broke into the shops that are located in a row near the Jamia Masjid in Uppal by making a hole in the asbestos sheets and entering into the premises. After sneaking inside they took away cash and other property found in the shops.
The burglary came to light on Sunday morning when the shop owners opened the establishment and found the roof broken.
The police reached the spot and on a complaint from the shop keepers registered a case. The police are investigating.
