Hyderabad: Burglars steal cash and gold from real estate office in Saroornagar
Burglars broke into a real estate office at Hasthinapuram in Saroornagar while the owner was on a pilgrimage to Tirumala. Rs 9 lakh and 10 tolas of gold biscuit were found missing. Police registered a case and formed special teams to track the culprits
Hyderabad: Burglars decamped with cash and gold from a real estate office at Saroornagar in the city.
According to the police, the burglars broke into an office located at Hasthinapuram, Saroornagar. The office was locked for a period of three days as the realtor Ravinder Gupta had gone on a pilgrimage to Tirumala. During his absence, the building watchman Anjaiah noticed the lock of the office was broken and informed Gupta, who alerted his relatives who reside in the city.
They rushed to the office and on checking they found Rs 9 lakh in cash and 10 tolas of gold biscuit missing.
On information, the police reached the spot and started an investigation. A case is registered and special teams were formed to identify and nab the miscreants.
