Hyderabad: Burglars strike at two houses in Hayathnagar, decamp with valuables

The burglars also made a vain bid to burgle the house of one Mohan.

Hyderabad: Burglars broke into two houses at Hayathnagar early on Wednesday and decamped with gold ornaments, cash and other valuables. According to the police, the burglars broke into the houses of Karunakar Reddy and Yadamma at Suryavamshi Nagar colony under the Hayathnagar police station limits early on Wednesday. The burglars also made a vain bid to burgle the house of one Mohan.

In the neighbouring Abdullapurmet, a few offenders tried to gain entry into two shops after breaking the shutters. However, they left the place on spotting the police approaching. The owners of the shops approached the Abdullapurmet police and lodged a complaint.
