Hyderabad burglary: 47 tolas of gold, cash stolen from Shastripuram residence
Unidentified burglars struck at a businessman’s house in Shastripuram, Mailardevpally, on Wednesday night and escaped with 47 tolas of gold, ₹11,000 cash, wristwatches and valuables. Police have collected fingerprints and are examining CCTV footage to trace the culprits.
Hyderabad: Unidentified persons broke into the house of a businessman at Mailardevpally and made away with gold ornaments, silver articles and cash.
According to the police, the miscreants entered into the house of the businessman located at Shastripuram on Wednesday night. The offenders took away 47 tolas of gold, Rs. 11,000 in cash, expensive wrist watches and other articles.
On information, the Mailardevpally police reached the spot and started an investigation. The clues team lifted fingerprints from the cupboards and door in the house. The police are checking the footage of the closed circuit cameras installed in the surroundings to identify the offenders. A case is registered.
