Hyderabad: The Rajendranagar police arrested a four-member gang of burglars and automobile thieves involved in a dozen cases here on Tuesday.

Police recovered 2kg of silver ornaments and other material from S.Rohith Kumar (22), P.Raj Kumar (22), P.Ravi Kumar (21) and V.Sravan Babu (22), all friends and catering workers from Mailardevpally in Rajendranagar.

According to the police, on April 2, the suspects broke into a house in Hyderguda in Attapur and stole silver ornaments, laptops and other material and escaped. They were nabbed following a tip-off, when they were moving suspiciously at Rajendranagar.

They were involved in 12 cases in Rajendranagar and Banjara Hills, police said.
