Hyderabad: Car overturns due to speeding; Passengers escape with minor injuries

The locals told the police that the car was traveling at high speed before it lost control and overturned.

Hyderabad: A speeding car overturned near Praja Bhavan in Punjagutta resulting in minor injuries to the passengers traveling in it here on Saturday.

A rash and negligent driving is suspected to be the reason, police said.

The locals told the police that the car was traveling at high speed before it lost control and overturned.

On being alerted by motorists the Punjagutta police,who, promptly arrived at the scene shifted the injured passengers, all young men to the hospital. They were treated for minor injuries.

An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the accident is currently underway.
