Hyderabad: Care Hospitals launch 24X7 call centre

CARE Hospitals, in partnership with Tech Mahindra, has launched a 24x7 multilingual call centre offering support in 10 languages. Staffed by 100 trained professionals, the facility will handle appointments, emergencies, and follow-ups, enhancing accessibility for domestic and international patients

Hyderabad: Care Hospitals on Monday launched its new state-of-the-art 24×7 multilingual call centre, developed in partnership with Tech Mahindra, designed to improve patient access and strengthen service standards.

The services that will be available in the call centre include multilingual support in 10 languages to assist domestic and international patients, dedicated capacity of 100 trained professionals, handling calls and appointments, emergency management, and patient follow-up, a press release said.


Tech Mahindra will manage the call centre facility, staff, and processes, ensuring best practices from global healthcare service models are implemented.

Vijay Sethi, Chief Patient Experience Officer, CARE Hospitals, said, “the new call centre ensures that every patient, regardless of location, can connect with us quickly and reliably.”

Senior staff members from Care Hospitals and Tech Mahindra were present.
