Hyderabad: In a tragic incident at Kukatpally on Monday, a five-year-old girl lost her life allegedly due to injuries caused by a Chinese kite string. The incident occurred near Vivekananda nagar in Kukatpally.
As per available information, the child, identified as Nishvika Aditya, was travelling on a two-wheeler with her father when the sharp kite string suddenly got entangled around her neck.
Noticing his daughter scream in pain, the father immediately stopped the vehicle and found her bleeding profusely.
She was rushed to a nearby hospital, where the doctors declared her dead.
The Kukatpally Police have registered a case and initiated an investigation into the incident.
