Hyderabad: City-based Poulomi Estates Private Limited announced its entry into the Bengaluru real estate market with an ambitious high-rise project in Manyata Integrated Township, Thanisandra.

The company will construct two towers each in Phase-1 and Phase-2 with a combined area of 18 lakh square feet of apartments. The first phase will be launched by the end of this year.

Prashanth Rao, Director, Poulomi Estates Private Limited, said, “This investment of Rs. 800 crore is part of our larger expansion strategy in South India, with plans to explore further opportunities in Bengaluru’s real estate market.”
