Hyderabad: In a tragic incident, a standard tenth student who was returning home after appearing for SSC exam died in a road accident at Gachibowli on Saturday.
According to the police, the victim, Prabhati C, (16) appeared for the SSC exam at a centre in Gachibowli in the morning.
After the completion of the exam, her brother Suman came to pick her up from the exam centre. The brother sister duo were heading home on their bike when a double decker bus hit their vehicle.
The girl fell on the road and died on the spot due to injuries while her brother, who also suffered injuries, was rushed to hospital for treatment. A case is registered.
