Hyderabad: Congress workers allegedly attack Journalist Chiluka Praveen Kumar
Chiluka Praveen Kumar, a journalist was attacked by Congress workers when he was returning home after completing the news session in the studio.
Hyderabad: A dalit journalist was attacked, allegedly by Congress workers, at Somajiguda here on Thursday. Following the attack, the journalist Chiluka Praveen Kumar was admitted in a private hospital and is undergoing treatment.
The journalist was attacked when he was returning home after completing the news session in the studio. Former Minister G Jagadish Reddy, former MLAs Gadari Kishore and B Bhikshamiah, besides other leaders, including A Rakesh Reddy, called on the journalist and assured all support to him.
On August 22, two women journalists were attacked by Congress workers at Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy’s native village Kondareddypalle, Nagarkurnool, when they went to report about the crop loan waiver scheme.
