Police constable commits suicide by hanging in Hyderabad

The victim was identified as Mallikarjuna Saidulu (30), PC- 4392, Marriguda police station in Nalgonda district. He was a resident of Khanapur village in Nalgonda.

Hyderabad: A police constable died, allegedly by hanging from a tree in an open place in Yacharam here on Tuesday morning. The reason for the suicide is yet to be known.

The victim was identified as Mallikarjuna Saidulu (30), PC- 4392, Marriguda police station in Nalgonda district. He was a resident of Khanapur village in Nalgonda.

Police said the local villagers found him hanging from a tree near Sri Venkateshwara Swamy temple.

On receiving information, the Yacharam police reached the spot and took up investigation.
