Hyderabad: Cyberabad traffic police caught 290 persons for drunk driving

Among those caught are 242 motorcycle and scooter riders, 10 auto drivers, 37 four wheeler drivers and a truck driver

Hyderabad: The Cyberabad traffic police on Saturday night caught 290 people who were found driving vehicles in inebriated condition.

Among those caught are 242 motorcycle and scooter riders, 10 auto drivers, 37 four wheeler drivers and a truck driver.

A total of 32 persons among the total persons caught had Blood Alcohol Concentrations (BAC) levels ranging between 200 mg/ 100 ml and 550 mg/ 100 ml.

Cases are booked against all those who were caught and they will be produced before the court, said Cyberabad traffic police.
