Hyderabad: The employees and retired employees of Deccan Chronicle (DC) Holdings held a protest outside it’s office in Secunderabad on Wednesday.

Alleging that salaries were not paid for an year now, the Andhra Bhoomi and Deccan Chronicle (AB, DC) employees’ union convenor Velijala Chandrasekhar said the management wasn’t paying heed even to court’s orders. He also alleged that Provident Fund of employees, which has been deducted from the wages for three years, was not credited into the accounts.

The employees had approached National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) but the assurance on getting the salaries paid was not fulfilled, he said.
