Hyderabad: Degree student killed as bike rams median at Kokapet

One more injured in the incident; rash and negligent driving is suspected to have led to the mishap, say police officials

Hyderabad: A degree student died and another was grievously injured when the bike they were driving on crashed into median at Kokapet in Narsingi on Saturday. A rash and negligent driving is suspected to have led to the mishap.

The incident occurred when the deceased, Satwik (25), along with his friend Kiran, was heading towards Kokapet from Moinabad on his bike. As per available information, when the duo reached near Kokapet service road, Satwik lost control of the bike and rammed the median.

He sustained grievous injuries and died on the spot. The Narsingi police are investigating.
