Dr. Khasim, along with former Mayor Majid Hussain Miraj, was travelling to Bihar from the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport here when the incident occured.
“A few minutes after the flight took off, a woman, Divya (30), fell unconscious in the flight. The flight staff made an announcement seeking help from the medical fraternity if anyone was in the flight,” Dr. Khasim told Telangana Today.
Dr. Khasim immediately responded and rushed to the woman. “She had taken some pills without having breakfast and suffered from acid reflux. I gave her some medicine I had with me, and a few minutes later, she was okay,” he added.
