DSR Builders and Developers has launched The Twins, an ultra-luxury residential project in Nanakramguda, Financial District. Designed as twin iconic towers, the project focuses on space, privacy and long-term living, according to the developers.
Hyderabad: DSR Builders & Developers has announced that The Twins, an ultra-luxury residential development located in Nanakramguda, Financial District, was launched by Chinna Jeeyar Swamy along with film producer Seshagiri Rao, DSR MD D Raghurami Reddy, DSR Founder D Abhishek Reddy.
Envisioned as a landmark address, the project comprises two iconic towers designed as a unified architectural statement, aimed at discerning homeowners seeking space, privacy and long-term value, a press release said.
Abhishek Reddy said, “The Twins represents our philosophy of building homes for people who intend to live well over the long term.”
The project’s architecture departs from conventional high-rise forms, incorporating softer curves and fluid lines to enhance natural light, improve views and ensure visual privacy between residences. Architect Nirup Reddy, who led the design, said, “Our approach was to balance scale with sensitivity.”
