Hyderabad edges out Kerala despite Shani’s 6-wicket haul, Dhrishya’s stunning century

Despite Shani's outstanding bowling performance of 6/32 and Dhrishya's brilliant knock of 103 (12 fours), Kerala narrowly missed the target. Batting first, Hyderabad set a total of 231/9 in their 50 overs, with VM Kavya leading the charge with an unbeaten 68. In response, Kerala managed 222/8 in their allotted 50 overs.

Hyderabad: Hyderabad secured a thrilling 9-run victory over Kerala in Round 6 of the Women’s One-Day Trophy at Ahmedabad on Saturday.

Despite Shani’s exceptional bowling figures of 6/32 and Dhrishya’s impressive 103 (12×4), Kerala fell short. Batting first, Hyderabad posted 231/9 in 50 overs with VM Kavya top-scoring with an unbeaten 68, while Shani picked six wickets. Kerala, in reply, finished at 222/8 in 50 overs.
