Hyderabad: Eight labourers sustained minor injuries when the roof slab they were laying caved in at a construction site in Gachibowli on Sunday afternoon.

According to the police, a group of labourers were pouring ready mix concrete on the roof slab iron frame at a construction site at Nanakramguda when it caved in due to load.


Eight labourers sustained injuries in the mishap and were rushed to a private hospital for treatment. “All of them sustained minor injuries in the mishap and were treated at a private hospital,” said Gachibowli police.

On information the Gachibowli police reached the spot and took up investigation. A case of negligence is booked against the construction company by the police.
