Hyderabad: Elderly woman murdered at Kushaiguda
Kamala Devi, the victim, was residing alone in her house at Housing Board Colony, Kushaiguda, while her children lived elsewhere.
Hyderabad: Unidentified persons murdered a 60-year-old woman at her residence in Kushaiguda. Though the incident is suspected to have occurred on last week’s Friday April 11), it only came to light after the local residents sensed foul smell emanating from the house on Monday.
The victim, Kamala Devi was living alone in her house at Housing Board Colony, Kushaiguda while her children were staying somewhere else.
According to the police, the motive of the murder was yet to be known. The neighbours with the help of police personnel forcibly opened the main door and found her highly decomposed body lying in the house.
The body was shifted to the Gandhi Hospital mortuary for autopsy.
The Kushaiguda police are investigating. They suspect Kamala Devi’s maid is involved in the murder. Efforts are on to nab her.
