Hyderabad: A family had a miraculous escape when they managed to escape out of a car that caught fire at Narsingi on Thursday.

The family was travelling from Gachibowli towards Shamshabad to attend a function when at Narsingi Manchirevulu village, flames started coming from the car engine. The driver rushed out of the car and took all the family members out and ran to a safe distance. The car burst into flames.

On information, a fire tender reached the spot and doused the flames. The police suspect the car caught fire due to a short circuit. However, the exact reasons are being ascertained.
