Hyderabad: Film Nagar police book man for allegedly harassing married woman
Film Nagar police registered a case against a 25-year-old man from Nagarkurnool district for allegedly harassing a married woman through obscene messages, repeated phone calls and stalking. The complainant alleged he pressured her to leave her husband and marry him.

Hyderabad: The Film Nagar police have registered a case against a youth from Nagarkurnool district for allegedly harassing a married woman and pressuring her to leave her husband and marry him.
According to the complaint, the suspect, identified as Degaraju (25), had been sending obscene messages and making repeated phone calls to the 24-year-old woman, who resides in Film Nagar.
The woman alleged that he subjected her to mental harassment by insisting that she end her marriage and marry him instead. She further stated that the suspect frequently stalked her on the road and continued to trouble her despite her objections.
Fearing for her safety, the woman approached the police and lodged a complaint.
Based on her complaint, police registered a criminal case and took up investigation.
Efforts are underway to examine the allegations and take appropriate action against the suspect.
