Hyderabad: A fire broke out at a mechanic workshop located at Nampally on Tuesday night.

According to fire officials, the fire started at the shed at Patelnagar, Nampally. Panic prevailed for a while after the fire broke out in the residential cum commercial area in the central part of the city.

On information, the fire tenders arrived and doused the fire. Due to the presence of some bottles of fuel kept in the workshop, the fire spread rapidly.

The fire officials suspect the fire might have started due to a short circuit. The exact cause of the fire is being investigated, officials said.
