Hyderabad: First 100 robotic knee replacement operations free at Renovo Hospitals

Under the offer, the cost of the operation performed using the robot will be waived off from the total cost of the operation

Hyderabad: Renova Century Hospitals, Road No.12, Banjara Hills on Wednesday announced they will perform first 100 robotic knee replacement operations for free as an inaugural offer for the Renova Institute of Orthopaedics and Robotic Surgery.

Under the offer, the cost of the operation performed using the robot will be waived off from the total cost of the operation.


Dr. A.B. Suhas Masilamani, Orthopaedics and Robotic Joint Replacement Surgeon, who will lead a team of four orthopedic surgeons at Renova Institute of Orthopaedics and Robotic Surgery department, said latest robotic surgery system will be available for patients.

The other senior surgeons in the department include Dr. Himakanth Lingala, Dr. Vijay Kumar Reddy Gurram and Dr. Anoop Reddy Sama.
