Hyderabad: The FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) and Young FICCI Ladies Organisation (YFLO) Hyderabad on Friday announced their new leadership for the year 2025-26. Prathibha Kunda has taken over as chairperson of FLO Hyderabad, while Pallavi Jain assumed leadership of YFLO Hyderabad.

Prathibha Kunda, who has taken over the mantle from Priya Gazdar, is the great-granddaughter of Amarajeevi Poti Sriramulu, the freedom fighter known for his pivotal role in the creation of Andhra State. She is the managing director of Surendrapuri, a mythological theme park, and the founder of Siara Retreat and Pradhan Conventions.

Pallavi Jain, who succeeded Ridhi Jain, is a director at Pokarna Fabrics. She has 10 years of retail experience from KORA and Raymond.

The newly appointed office bearers for FLO Hyderabad include Seetha Reddy (senior vice president), Gunjan Sindhi (vice president), Rashi Agarwal (executive secretary), and Shilpa Raju (treasurer). For YFLO Hyderabad, the leadership team includes Khushboo Daga (vice president), Akanksha Agarwal (secretary), and Rupal A Bansal (treasurer).

Speaking about her vision, Prathibha Kunda emphasised FLO Hyderabad’s commitment to skilling, digital inclusion, and cultural revival—all guided by the Pancha Tatva philosophy.

“Our focus this year is on empowering women with the tools, skills, and networks needed to thrive in today’s world,” she added.
