Hyderabad: A local court convicted four persons for murdering a man and stealing jewellery from his house at Bhavaninagar in 2016, and sentenced them to three years of rigorous imprisonment. The court also imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 on each of them.
Those convicted are Shaik Jabbar, Amjad Khan, Shabnam Patan, and Wali Mohammed alias Sikinder.
According to the police, in 2016, the four had planned and killed Abdul Rehman Bin Amer at Murad Mahal in Talab Katta. After the murder, they took away gold and silver ornaments from a cupboard and escaped.
The police tracked and arrested them. After the trial, the court found them guilty and convicted them. All four have been shifted to prison.
