Hyderabad: After an almost month-long pause, the southwest monsoon has shown signs of revival, with moderate to heavy rainfall recorded across Telangana in the last 48 hours. Not only Hyderabad, but almost all districts have benefitted from good rains, thanks to a low-pressure area over Odisha and neighbouring States.

In a further boost to the monsoon, on Tuesday evening, the IMD Hyderabad issued a heavy rainfall warning for ten districts over the next three to four days. All districts are expected to witness thunderstorms, lightning and strong surface winds at speeds of 30 to 40 kmph.
