Hyderabad: GHMC enables instant approvals for 27 merged ULBs on BuildNow App

With 27 ULBs merging into the GHMC, Commissioner R V Karnan announced updates to the BuildNow app, enabling Instant Registration and Instant Approval services for property owners. Both new and previously submitted applications will now be processed by the newly re-designated GHMC circles.

Hyderabad: With merger process of 27 ULBs into the GHMC at a brisk pace, the GHMC commissioner R V Karnan on Friday issued an official statement that necessary modifications were made to the Instant Registration/Instant Approval applications in the BuildNow app and made live to the property owners of these 27 ULBs.

Hence, all the applications can be submitted under Instant Registration and Instant Approval in BuildNow and will be processed by the newly re-designated GHMC circles (old 27 ULBs) as per the existing process, he said.

Karnan also stated that the applications which were already submitted prior to the merger will also be processed by the newly re-designated GHMC circles (old 27 ULBs).
