Hyderabad: Hyderabad Globe Football Club bagged top honours after defeating Betrakunta FC 2-1 in the final of All India YSR Cup football tournament at Yamegnur, Andhra Pradesh on Friday.

In the second-half, Betrakunta FC’s Naresh scored through a penalty in the 47th minute to put his side in the lead. Later, Mohammad Aman and midfielder Fabin Camey of Hyderabad Globe FC scored in 50th minute and 60th minute respectively to lead their side to victory.

56 teams from Maharashtra, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka took part in the tournament.

Results:

Final: Hyderabad Globe FC bt Betrakunta FC 2-1.

Semifinals: Hyderabad Globe FC bt Bapuji Sports Club Hubli 2-0;

Quarterfinals: Hyderabad Globe FC bt Bolaram Sporting Club 4-0.
