Hyderabad: Jilted lover slashes woman’s throat in daylight attack
The accused, identified as Madhusudan, was reportedly angry that the woman had distanced herself from him after they connected on Instagram. He attacked her with a blade, and she is now in critical condition.
Hyderabad: In a shocking incident, a jilted lover attacked a woman in the broad daylight on the busy SR Nagar road by slashing her throat with in a fit of rage on Saturday.
The accused, identified as Madhusudan, was reportedly upset over the woman distancing herself from him after they connected through Instagram.
Madhusudan, used a blade to attack the young woman, who is now in critical condition.
According to police reports, the attacker was angered by the woman’s decision to cut ties with him, which led to the violent confrontation on the street.
Authorities arrived quickly at the scene and took Madhusudhan into custody. The injured woman was rushed to the hospital, where she remains in a critical condition.
The case is under investigation.
