Hyderabad: Land auction in Raidurg fetches record Rs 3.4 lakh per sq yard

Hyderabad: The Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) concluded the auction of one acre land in Raidurg, the core of Hyderabad Knowledge City, with the highest bid reaching Rs 3,40,000 per square yard.
This price breaks the previous auction price of Rs 88,000 per square yard conducted in 2017.
The auction was conducted on Monday for plots no. 14 A/1 & 14 B/1 under survey number 83/1 covering 4,718 square yards.
TGIIC VC&MD K Shashanka said the consistent high performance of these auctions demonstrated the exceptional depth and maturity of the Hyderabad economic growth. Developers were strategically investing at a premium to secure prime inventory in the city’s most high-return business corridor, he said.
This landmark Raidurg deal further cements Hyderabad’s dominance as India’s premier investment hub, attracting unprecedented confidence and capital, he said.
