Hyderabad: A truck carrying a liquor consignment caught fire on Street No. 8 in Ramanthapur on Wednesday. No casualties were reported.
Overhead wires coming into contact with the vehicle sparked the flames, police suspect. The alert driver managed to escape safely from the fire-engulfed truck, though several liquor bottles were damaged in the blaze. Firefighters quickly brought the fire under control.
