Hyderabad: Liquor Shops to remain Shut in Rachakonda for Ganesh immersion weekend
All wine and toddy shops in Rachakonda Police Commissionerate (except Bhongir zone) will remain closed from 6 AM Saturday to 6 PM Sunday due to Ganesh idol immersion. The police have warned of strict action against any violations of this order
Hyderabad: All liquor outlets in the Rachakonda Police Commissionerate limits (except Bhongir zone) will be closed in view of the Ganesh idol immersion on Saturday and Sunday.
As per a notification issued by Rachakonda Police Commissioner G Sudheer Babu on Thursday, in the interest of public peace and tranquillity, all the toddy and wine shops will remain closed from 6 am on Saturday till 6 pm on Sunday.
Appropriate action will be taken against those who are found violating the orders, the police warned.
