Hyderabad: LPG leak triggers fire in apartment at Nallakunta, seven rescued
A fire triggered by an LPG leak broke out in a residential building in Nallakunta, Hyderabad, trapping a family of seven. Police and firefighters rescued all occupants, who were hospitalised due to smoke inhalation and are now safe.

Hyderabad: Panic gripped the surroundings after a fire broke out at a multi-storied residential building, triggered by an LPG leakage at Vaddera Basti in Nallakunta on Saturday.
The explosion took place in a house located on the first floor, where a family of seven was residing. Following the blast, flames quickly spread across the house, trapping the occupants inside.
Acting swiftly, the Nallakunta police team, along with fire department officials, rushed to the spot and rescued all seven family members using ropes. They fell ill due to inhaling smoke, which engulfed the entire place.
The injured were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. They are out of danger.
The Nallakunta Police are investigating to ascertain the cause of the explosion.
