Hyderabad: Man arrested for raping daughter
Hyderabad: The Bowenpally police arrested a man on charges of raping his minor daughter in their house on Wednesday night.
According to the police, the man, who works as a garbage collector, went home from work and when his wife and children were asleep, raped the girl, the daughter of his first wife. The stepmother of the victim heard her pleas for help and raised an alarm, after which the man was nabbed with the help of locals and handed over to the police, ACP (Begumpet) P Naresh Reddy said.
He was produced before court and remanded.
