Hyderabad: Man bludgeoned to death in Neredmet

The victim Shyam Sunder (31) was habituated to alcohol and is suspected to have been in an inebriated condition when the assailants came to his house.

Hyderabad: A man was bludgeoned to death in his house in Ananth Nagar Colony in Neredmet here in the early hours of Monday. The assailants are yet to be identified.

Police said the victim Shyam Sunder (31), who lived with his mother Renuka, was habituated to alcohol and is suspected to have been in an inebriated condition when the assailants came to his house. An argument is believed to have broken out over an unknown issue, during which he was murdered.


Based on his mother’s complaint, the Neredmet police have booked a case and are investigating.
