Hyderabad: Tension prevailed for a while at Dilsukhnagar on Tuesday morning when a man climbed an electric pole and created nuisance.
The man, identified as Irfan, a resident of Malakpet, climbed on to the bus shelter at the Dilsukhnagar and later on to an electric pole.
The police reached the spot and convinced him to get down. Finally when he came down, he was taken to the police station and later handed over to his family.
The police said that Irfan was suffering from mental health issues for the last two years.
He was previously involved in a few theft cases and arrested by police as well.
