Hyderabad: Man creates ruckus with razor on Shaikpet main road

Tension erupted on Shaikpet main road after a drunk man injured himself with a razor and caused a commotion on Wednesday. Film Nagar police, with locals’ help, took him into custody and shifted him to a hospital for treatment

Hyderabad: Tension prevailed on Shaikpet main road after an unidentified man, allegedly in an inebriated condition, began injuring himself with a razor and creating a commotion on Wednesday afternoon.

Film Nagar police present at the spot tried to intervene, but the man allegedly attempted to attack them as well.

Police said the individual appeared to be heavily drunk and unaware of his actions.

He was eventually taken into custody with the help of locals and shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
