Hyderabad: Man dies after falling from building while collecting mango leaves in Ramanthapur

A 56-year-old man, S Narasimha, died after accidentally falling from a second-floor building while collecting mango leaves for Diwali in Ramanthapur. Uppal police are investigating the incident, which caused grievous head and body injuries to the victim

Hyderabad: A joyful Diwali celebration turned tragic when a man accidentally fell off a multistoried building while collecting mango leaves from a tree in Ramanthapur on Monday.

The victim, S Narasimha (56), set out to collect mango leaves from the mango tree in the neighourhood, for the Diwali celebrations. He climbed up on the second floor of a multistoried building and plucked a few leaf bunches when he accidentally fell.


He suffered grievous injuries to his head and other parts of his body and died. The Uppal police are investigating.
