Hyderabad: A 26 year-old man committed suicide on railway tracks at Safilguda, the police said.
Bharat Kumar, a resident of Bolaram who was into transport business left his house on Saturday evening saying he had some work to attend. However, when he did not return home, his family members started efforts to trace him.
Meanwhile the Government Railway Police Secunderabad personnel found a body on the tracks near Safilguda on Sunday morning and with the help of documents found on the body identified the man as Bharat Kumar. The family members were informed and the body shifted to Gandhi Hospital mortuary for an autopsy.
The family members told the police that Bharat Kumar suffered losses in the business and was facing financial problems. He might have ended his life over it.
