Hyderabad: Man from AP succumbs to burns caused in Hussain Sagar boat blaze

Hyderabad:: One person who was grievously injured in the Hussain Sagar boat blaze on Sunday, succumbed to burns at a private hospital on Tuesday.
The victim identified as Ganapathi from West Godavari district in Andhra Pradesh, who was the fire crackers operator suffered over 80 per cent burns in the incident.
He was shifted to a private hospital in Secunderabad, where he died under treatment.
Meanwhile, rescue teams are continuing their search operation for the missing youth named Ajay on the second day.
It is known that on the occasion of Republic Day, an event named ‘ Bharatha Matha Ki Maha Harathi’ was organised.
A fire broke out when volunteers were bursting fire crackers on two boats towards the end of the event in Tank Bund.
The Secretariat police are investigating.
