Hyderabad: Man gets 10-year RI for raping minor girl
Basudev alias Basu (34), a native of Uttar Pradesh, stayed at Tatanagar in Mailardevpally and had sexually abused the victim aged 14 years
Mailardevpally: A local court awarded 10 years of imprisonment to a man who raped a minor girl at Mailardevpally. A fine of Rs 3,000 was also imposed on him.
Basudev alias Basu (34), a native of Uttar Pradesh, stayed at Tatanagar in Mailardevpally and had befriended the victim aged 14 years.
On several instances, the man sexually abused the girl and later took her to a place on the city outskirts and raped her for two days. On a complaint, the police registered a case in 2016 and arrested him.
