Hyderabad: Man held for obscene behaviour in public place

On Wednesday, the offender spotted a woman at a store and indecently exposed himself in front of her. The woman, who was alarmed by the incident, reported the incident to the police.

Hyderabad: The Filmnagar police on Monday arrested a person for alleged allegedly behaving in an obscene manner at public place in the city. The alleged perpetrator B Ramesh (34), a resident of Filmnagar and native of Karimnagar worked at a bakery in Shaikpet.

On Wednesday, the offender spotted a woman at a store and indecently exposed himself in front of her. The woman, who was alarmed by the incident, reported the incident to the police. Based on her complaint, the police filed a case and apprehended the suspect, identified as Ramesh.


On interrogation, Ramesh confessed to indulging in a similar act at another place a few days ago. The police registered a case against him and produced him before the court.
