Hyderabad: A man working with the Civil Supplies Department was arrested by the Vikarabad police on charges of threatening a person with a dummy pistol following an argument on Friday night. The police seized the dummy pistol and four swords from him.
According to the police, the incident occurred at Kamalanagar colony in Vikarabad town on Friday night. The man, identified as Syed Ahmed, was in an inebriated condition and had picked up an argument with his neighbour Tony over some issues. Later he threatened him with a pistol. On information the police rushed to the spot and took him into custody. The police retrieved a dummy pistol and four swords. All the weapons were seized and a case was booked.
