Hyderabad: A domestic dispute turned fatal when a man was allegedly pushed under a moving train by his brother-in-law at Malakpet railway station.
As per available information, there have been repeated quarrels between Siraj (29) of Old Malakpet and his wife Sania (23) of Yakuthpura.
Siraj, known to assault his wife after consuming alcohol, had gone to his in-laws’ house with her on August 2.
That night, following another altercation, Sania called her younger brother Syed Jamir (21) for help.
Police said Jamir arrived with his friend Mohd Junaid (23) and later took Siraj to the station on a bike. An argument broke out between them, during which Jamir, in a fit of rage, allegedly pushed Siraj onto the tracks in front of a speeding train, killing him on the spot.
