Hyderabad: A man was murdered by his brother-in-law, allegedly over a previous enmity at First Lancer area in Banjara Hills.

According to the police, the victim Mohd Ilyas and the suspect Abdul Sattar had an argument allegedly over a trivial matter. Sattar allegedly grabbed a knife and repeatedly stabbed Ilyas, who suffered multiple grievous injuries on his body and collapsed.

He was immediately shifted to the Osmania General Hospital, where he died while undergoing treatment.

The Banjara Hills police are investigating and are making efforts to nab the suspect.
